We’re looking for a creative UI/UX designer to join our team here at AnswersNow!

As a UI/UX designer on our team, you’ll be responsible for designing and owning the user experience. This role is crucial to our company as delivering value through an easy to use user experience is #1 to us. To be a good fit you should be a team player and not afraid of going outside of your comfort zone to get things done. You’ll be working not only on the product, but also helping define the visual strategy for our brand.

As a UI/UX designer on our team, you'll be responsible for the following:

• Plan and implement new product designs
• Optimize existing user interfaces
• Test for intuitiveness and usability
• Conduct user research

To get this done, you’ll need to:

• Have at least one-year of professional experience working as a designer
• Deep knowledge of the Adobe suite of products (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Detail oriented
• Customer centered
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

It'd be awesome if you also:

• Have HTML/CSS chops
• Have designed customer facing products before
